My research focus is on the development of rigorous data analysis methods and their application to quantitative biological data. I am also working on optimal Bayesian inference methods to minimise risks in collective betting strategies. 

Before I became interested in quantitative biology, I did my PhD in String Theory and co-authored a book on the subject.
